Hi there

I have version 4.2.4 JSPT installed and cannot install the latest version 5.0.0 . I keep getting an internal server error during installation.

With version 4 the daily msg limit isn't working. Please could you tell me how to update this component

I checked your site , you have already installed version 5.0.0.
The version shown 4.2.4 on jspt pages is minor issue, sorry for the confusion. we will correct it.

I have been trying to set up daily limits for messages for Jomsocial users. I was hoping the issue would be solved with version 5.0, but the limit is still not working.

Please could you have a look into this as it is very urgent.

Hello Shaun,

I have checked your site and found that no acl is created for message in JSPT.
You have setup the daily limit in jomsocial, so need to check with jomsocial support team.
Because the message limit set in jomsocial as per user.

I have acl in JSPT, but the message limit is still not working. Please advise on any other settings, or documentation on the setup process with JSPT, Payplans and Jomsocial. I need to have a message limit on certain plans.
