I emailed support at admin@joomlaxi.com 3 times telling them I never got what I paid for. I never received the activation link to "djlasvegas7/jennifer@newglobalventures.com"

I need you to activate account "djlasvegas7/jennifer@newglobalventures.com" I never got the activation link and I need the software I bought that is in that account. You also need to fix your check out as it does not allow you to sign in prior to check out. This is why I now have 2 accounts.

I bought the JS Profile Types today but ran into issues configuring the setting as required:

Step 4 does not work. It goes to a blank screen after clicking to run.
4. Sync-Up User

Sometimes system state might be inconsistent.
JSPT checks it and let you know.
You can fix it, whenever you think some odd problem is there.
Required for proper functioning of JSPT.

Hello, is there a solution. I have exactly trhe same bug with sync-up users profiletypes that give a blank page. I also tried to update to 5.0 latest version but it give error.
You already have my credential regarding issue mentionned for User search plugin. Thanks.

If you access backend and JSPT, you will see that setup checklist isn't clear and "4. Click here to sync-up users profiletypes" is not activated.
Additionaly, a warning error "Error
JSPT Setup-Screen is not clean, please clean it step by step."

If you click to Sync up users, you get a blank page.

I also tried to update JSPT to latest version, but also get an error. (see attachment).

There is a "logs" folder on the root of the FTP containing a zip file with all logs.

Please clear the site and browser cacahe and check this issue again.
No fatel error is shown on site , it seems , component not installed properly at your site.

Can you please re-install JSPT and check this issue again. If any kind of customization done then please take backup before updating JSPT.

I already tried to clean the cache of Joomla, browser, etc.

As I mentionned you in my past message, I already tried to update JSPT with you latest version but I get an error message (Please see attachment in my last message).

Hello ,

Sorry i missed your last screen shot attached in previous reply.
The error shows that issue is in your Jomsocial component aws key access id, can you confirm your key and if it's correct then contact to jomsocial team.

Hi again. I ask Jommsocial to investigate this issue and they told me problem is not due to Jomsocial.

Problem remains. Sync users give a blank page, and try to update JSPT to v5 give an error.
